Piper Companies is seeking an Account Executive to join a fast-growing international Enterprise Software company, for a remote permanent position based in EST or CST. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new enterprise sales and expanding existing customer relationships by strategically managing the full sales cycle and aligning client needs with tailored software solutions.
Responsibilities of the Account Executive include:
- Identify, engage, and close new enterprise-level customers while expanding relationships with existing accounts.
- Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored software demonstrations and solutions.
- Strategically manage a portfolio of accounts, aligning customer needs with product capabilities to drive long-term value.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Maintain a customer-first approach, ensuring satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support.
Qualifications for the Account Executive include:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or a similar B2B technology environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to prioritize opportunities and guide decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Compensation for the Account Executive:
- Salary Range: $152,000-$216,000/year
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, sick leave if required by law, and 401K
