Data Analyst/Power BI Developer

Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst / Power BI Developer with an active Secret clearance to support a defense-focused team in a hybrid role based in the greater Baltimore, Maryland area.

Responsibilities of the Data Analyst/Power BI Developer include:

• Lead modernization efforts for SAMD’s technical infrastructure by enhancing systems and streamlining processes.
• Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate to support performance metrics and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) initiatives.
• Develop custom applications and workflows to automate internal processes and improve data handling.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI tools to enhance documentation, reporting, and productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to align technical solutions with organizational goals.
• Support the integration of a closed-network AI system into SAMD operations.

Qualifications of the Data Analyst/Power BI Developer include:

• Active Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 2–5 years of relevant experience with Power Platform or application development; OR 5–8 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and integrating AI into business processes (preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Background in knowledge management and dashboard development is a plus.

Compensation of the Data Analyst/Power BI Developer includes:

• Salary Range: $100,000 – $160,000 (based on experience)
