Infrastructure Engineer – Hyper V

Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer (Hyper-V) to join a forward-thinking healthcare organization based in Columbia, Maryland. This role operates on a hybrid schedule, offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge infrastructure projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities of the Infrastructure Engineer (Hyper V) Include:

• Design, deploy, and maintain hybrid infrastructure solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Architect secure, scalable systems using Microsoft technologies and Azure services.
• Manage and optimize virtualization platforms, including VMware and Hyper-V.
• Administer Exchange Server (on-prem and hybrid) and Microsoft 365 mail services.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automation.
• Monitor and optimize Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage, and networking.

Qualifications of the Infrastructure Engineer (Hyper V) Include:

• 8–10+ years of experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V infrastructure.
• Proven background in IT infrastructure or systems engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Compensation of the Infrastructure Engineer (Hyper V) Includes:

• Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 (based on experience)
