Piper Companies is currently seeking an Inside Sales Support Engineer to join a leading provider of water treatment and membrane technology solutions in Venice, Florida in an On-Site environment. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering innovative, sustainable solutions to customers.
Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Support Engineer includes:
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound sales inquiries, delivering timely and professional responses to customer needs.
- Partner with the external sales team to deliver accurate technical data, product specs, and pricing information.
- Create detailed sales proposals and quotes, ensuring all documentation is clear and well-organized.
- Assess and qualify incoming leads, directing them to the appropriate sales representatives for follow-up.
- Keep CRM systems up to date with customer interactions, sales progress, and pipeline activities.
Qualifications for the Inside Sales Support Engineer includes:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline—or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 2–3 years of experience in inside sales or technical sales support, ideally within the water treatment or membrane technology sector.
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to clearly explain complex product features.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
Compensation for the Inside Sales Support Engineer includes:
- Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
