Electrical Project Manager (PM)

Responsibilities for the Electrical Project Manager (PM) Include:

• Design electrical systems (power, lighting, fire alarm, low voltage)
• Review drawings; ensure code compliance
• Oversee system installation and commissioning
• Coordinate with MEP teams
• Manage schedules, budgets, and scopes
• Supervise engineers and contractors
• Present designs and resolve issues with clients
• Support proposals and relationship-building
• Handle procurement and resources
• Deliver reports and maintain records
• Mitigate project risks proactively

Qualifications for the Electrical Project Manager (PM) Include:

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering
• PE license
• 8–10+ years of MEP consulting experience
• Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools
• Strong NEC/code knowledge
• Client-facing project delivery experience
• MBA or advanced engineering degree (preferred, not required)
• LEED accreditation (preferred, not required)

Compensation for the Electrical Project Manager (PM) Includes:

• Salary range: approx. $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 (commensurate with experience)
• Annual bonuses + merit-based raises
