Project Manager

Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager to join a growing environmental engineering team focused on delivering innovative water treatment solutions. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Venice, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to work on reverse osmosis and low-pressure membrane systems, supporting projects from design through implementation and client handoff.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager include:

·        Perform analytical design and specify system components for water treatment systems.

·        Create technical proposals and cost estimates for project bids.

·        Assist in developing project schedules and coordinate with client engineers and contractors.

·        Prepare technical documentation including P&IDs, equipment layouts, and submittals.

·        Track project progress and control costs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

·        Interface with vendors to obtain quotes, evaluate proposals, and select components.

·        Write and edit O&M manuals, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors.

·        Collaborate with internal CAD and fabrication teams to develop detailed designs.

·        Support installation, start-up, testing, and operator training alongside internal and client teams.

Qualifications for the Project Manager include:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering (preferred).

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·        Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·        Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines.

·        A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to work on diverse projects.

Compensation for the Project Manager includes:

·        Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000

·        Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
