Piper Companies is seeking a Credit Bureau Reporting Analyst to join one of the nation’s largest premier credit unions based in Omaha, NE. The Credit Bureau Reporting Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of credit reporting data furnished to Credit Reporting Agencies (CRAs). This position will be hybrid in Omaha, NE!
Responsibilities of the Credit Bureau Reporting Analyst include:
- Reconcile Metro II files furnished to CRAs on a monthly basis.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve anomalies in credit reporting data in a timely manner.
- Test updates to credit bureau reporting logic in servicing systems to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with operational business units to ensure accurate credit reporting processes.
- Partner with CRAs (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, Innovis) to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update Credit Bureau Reporting Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance with FCRA and CDIA standards.
- Prepare monthly Credit Dispute Reports and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain a strong understanding of relevant federal and state regulations, including FCRA, BSA, and AML.
Qualifications for the Credit Bureau Reporting Analyst include:
- 2+ years of experience with FCRA, Metro II Standards, and CRRG.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable to change.
Compensation for the Credit Bureau Reporting Analyst includes:
- Salary: $85,000 – $100,000
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Sick Leave (as required by law), and Holidays
