Piper Companies is teaming up with a top-tier cybersecurity and data analytics firm in Morrisville, NC, on the hunt for a sharp-minded Technical Support Engineer II (TSE-II) who’s ready to elevate enterprise support. This isn’t a cookie-cutter role—it’s hands-on, high-impact, and built for someone who thrives in complex Windows environments.
Responsibilities for TSE:
- Be the go-to expert for resolving escalated technical puzzles that Tier I couldn’t crack
- Deliver outstanding, human-focused customer support—whether that’s over email, by phone, or in remote troubleshooting sessions
- Partner with engineering and product squads to squash bugs and make the tech better for everyone
Requirements for TSE:
- 3+ years battling the front lines of technical support
- Deep familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory—system admin-level knowledge is key
- Solid footing in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Outlook
- Comfortable digging into SQL queries and pulling out insights
Compensation for TSE:
- Competitive base salary: $70,000 – $85,000
- Full suite of benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, and required by law sick leave
