Director of Program Delivery - Decisioning

Piper Companies is seeking a Director of Program Delivery - Decisioning, to join one of the largest federal credit unions. The Director of Program Delivery - Decisioning will lead and manage project delivery within the Decision Management division by translating strategic vision into actionable plans, overseeing execution, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships to achieve departmental goal.

Responsibilities of the Director of Program Delivery - Decisioning include:

• Lead the Decision Management team by setting a clear vision and strategy to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
• Plan and prioritize projects based on business goals, making sure work is organized and executed smoothly by both internal teams and contractors.
• Monitor project progress and make timely decisions to keep everything on track, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
• Build strong partnerships with internal departments and external vendors to support product improvements and resolve issues quickly.
• Communicate regularly with leadership by providing updates on program status, challenges, and achievements to keep everyone aligned.

Qualifications for the Director of Program Delivery - Decisioning include:  

• 12+ years of experience in managing technical programs, including application development and support.
• 5+ years of experience directly managing teams.
• Familiarity with FICO’s Loan Origination Systems (LOS) is preferred.
• Proven experience leading projects in complex environments with multiple teams contributing to a shared outcome.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.

Compensation for the Director of Program Delivery - Decisioning include:

• Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
