Location: Farmingdale, NY (Onsite)

Shifts: Flexible | 2:00 PM–10:30 PM eligible for 10% shift differential

Piper Companies is partnering with a global leader in healthcare intelligence and clinical researchto hire a Senior Medical Technologist for their Central Laboratory in Farmingdale, NY. This is a leadership-level opportunity for seasoned professionals to contribute to global clinical research initiatives.

Responsibilities of the Senior Medical Technologist include:

• Lead testing and analysis in Immunology or Molecular labs
• Oversee quality control, compliance, and documentation
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff
• Collaborate with global teams across quality, data integrity, and site services
• Support innovation and continuous improvement in lab operations

Qualifications for the Senior Medical Technologist include:

• 7+ years of lab experience
• NYS Medical Laboratory Scientist license (required)
• Strong leadership, analytical, and technical skills
• Experience in Immunology or Molecular testing environments

Compensation for the Medical Technologist I include:

• Compensation: $55–$56/hr | Bonus Eligible | OT Available
• 21 PTO days (5 rollover), 10 holidays
• Yearly merit increases (2–3% typical)
• Bonus eligible

1 in Immunology (Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday)

1 in Molecular (Tuesday–Saturday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM)
