Piper Companies is seeking a D2C Sales Agent Supervisor to support the D2C Sales Center Manager in driving sales performance, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role leads the call center team, optimizes workflows, and collaborates across departments to meet business goals and support LGA’s growth strategy. This role is hybrid (3 days onsite) located in Frederick, MD.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Supervise daily operations of the D2C Sales Team, conduct call reviews, and deliver weekly coaching to improve sales tactics and agent performance.
- Compliance & Licensing Oversight: Ensure agents meet life insurance licensing and appointment requirements across all states, coordinating with analytics to manage lead distribution.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track sales forecasts, agent productivity, and quality metrics; manage incentive contests and provide feedback through regular performance reviews.
- Process & Technology Optimization: Partner with marketing and analytics to enhance lead management, campaign success, and system workflows for better customer outcomes.
- Recruitment & Training: Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new staff, ensuring timely completion of licensing and continuing education requirements.
- Escalation & Issue Resolution: Handle customer and agent escalations, promote transparency and accountability, and maintain high retention and satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; 2 years of college preferred.
- 3+ years in management
- 3+ years in sales/call center roles
- Life, P&C, or Health insurance experience preferred
- Certifications: LOMA 281, 291, ALMI preferred
Compensation
- $76,000 - $95,000 *based on experience*
