Planner (Supply Chain)

Piper Companies is seeking a full-time Planner (Supply Chain) for an established medical device company. This is a perm/FTE role based onsite in Audubon, PA (on site Monday through Friday).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain accurate supply and demand plans that align with business goals.
• Analyze inventory levels, vendor capacity, and sales forecasts to support purchasing decisions and ensure product availability.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support new product launches, territory expansions, and market introductions.
• Prepare and present data-driven insights to guide planning strategies and respond to changes in demand or supply.
• Support documentation and compliance efforts related to new account setup, vendor performance, and internal planning processes.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor’s degree, Supply Chain Management focus preferred (recent grads with relevant co-op/internship experience encouraged to apply).
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, large datasets) and PowerBI (or similar tools).
• Excellent communication skills, a collaborative attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Passion for supply chain operations and a genuine interest in long-term career development in the field.

Compensation:

• Annual Salary: $65,000 - $68,000 depending on experience
