Business Analyst

Piper Companies is searching for a Business Analyst to work for a leader in the datacenter and IT industry. The Business Analyst will lead business requirements elicitation, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement for our customer portal initiatives

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst include:

·      Create and maintain detailed process maps to support system design and business process improvements.

·      Collaborate with QA teams to define test plans, execute test cases, and validate solutions against business needs.

·      Lead or support customer-facing portal projects, focusing on usability, functionality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications for the Business Analyst include:

·      5+ years of experience in business analyst or functional consulting

·      Proven experience with customer portal projects or similar digital platforms.

·      Strong understanding of business process modeling tools

Compensation for the Business Analyst includes:

·      Total compensation is $60.00 per hour  

·      Comprehensive benefit: Medical, Dental, Vison, 401k, PTO, holidays, sick leave as required by law

·      Remote opportunity – sits in EST hours
