Business Analyst-Customer Portal

Piper Companies is hiring a Business Systems Analyst – Customer Portals to join a dynamic and expanding tech-driven organization. This role will contribute to a high-impact, ground-up initiative focused on building a cutting-edge web portal. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in customer-facing digital platforms. This is a REMOTE position operating on Eastern Standard Time hours.

Responsibilities for the Business Systems Analyst – Customer Portals include:

· Act as a bridge between the product team and software developers

· Create and manage documentation including user stories, use cases, and functional specs; support testing efforts

· Provide cross-functional support throughout the entire product lifecycle

Requirements for the Business Systems Analyst – Customer Portals include:

· Minimum of 6 years working as a business systems analyst

· Proven ability to translate business needs into structured workflows and identify dependencies

· Solid understanding of technical concepts, especially microservices architecture

· Experience working in Agile environments with thorough knowledge of the software development lifecycle

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience

Compensation of the Business Systems Analyst – Customer Portals:

· Annual salary range: $115,000 – $145,000
