Location: Farmingdale, NY (Onsite)

Shifts: Tuesday–Saturday | 10:00 AM–6:30 PM or 2:00 PM–10:30 PM (10% shift differential for evening shift)

Piper Companies is partnering with a global leader in healthcare intelligence and clinical research, to hire a Medical Technologist II for their Central Laboratory in Farmingdale, NY. This role is ideal for mid-level professionals looking to deepen their expertise in a dynamic clinical research setting.

Responsibilities of the Medical Technologist II include:

• Conduct advanced testing and troubleshooting in Hematology or Chemistry
• Maintain and calibrate lab instrumentation
• Ensure compliance with quality control and regulatory standards
• Mentor junior technologists and support documentation practices
• Collaborate with global lab teams and cross-functional departments

Qualifications for the Medical Technologist II include:

• 3–7 years of lab experience
• NYS Medical Laboratory Scientist license (required)
• ASCP certification (preferred)
• Experience with EIA, RIA, and Abbott instrumentation (preferred)

Compensation for he Medical Technologist II include:

• Compensation: $47–$50/hr | Bonus Eligible | OT Available
• 21 PTO days (5 rollover), 10 holidays
• Yearly merit increases (2–3% typical)
• Bonus eligible
