ServiceNow Analyst

Piper Companies is hiring for a ServiceNow Analyst (ON-SITE) for a leading financial institution located in Merrimack, NH. The ServiceNow Analyst (ON-SITE) will be focused on the enhancements of ServiceNow and will collaborate with business and technology partners to solve issues, deliver enhancements, and provide on-going support in an Agile environment. The ServiceNow Analyst (ON-SITE) is a long term contract opportunity that requires on-site work in Merrimack, NH 2 weeks per month. 

Responsibilities of the Full Stack Engineer (ON-SITE): 

• Manage end to end implementation of ServiceNow enhancements and defects 
• Research and advise on existing and upcoming capabilities of ServiceNow 
• Coordinate & Publish HR Knowledgebase articles 
• Creation of automated test scripts to be used for future upgrade releases 

Requirements of the Full Stack Engineer (ON-SITE): 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 
• 2+ years Business / Systems Analyst experience in ServiceNow 
• 2+ year’s experience in JavaScript on ServiceNow platform 
• 5+ years ServiceNow configuration experience 
• Experience in Human Resources a plus, but not required 

Compensation for the Full Stack Engineer (ON-SITE): 

• $62-$67 per hour
