Piper Companies is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong engineering background to join a leader in the healthcare services industry on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands modern software architecture, and excels at removing roadblocks for engineering teams.

Responsibilities of the Technical Program Manager (TPM) include:

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent technical projects from initiation through delivery.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to identify and eliminate roadblocks, ensuring smooth execution.
• Escalate risks and issues to leadership proactively, with clear mitigation strategies.

Qualifications for the Technical Program Manager (TPM) include:

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, ideally with a background in software engineering.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, cloud infrastructure, and modern development practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical environments

Compensation for the Technical Program Manager (TPM) includes:

• Total compensation is $120,000 to $130,000 annually
•  Comprehensive benefit: Medical, Dental, Vison, 401k, PTO, holidays, sick leave as required by law
•  Hybrid opportunity – 3 days a week onsite (T/W/TH)
