TPM / Scrum Master

Piper Companies is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to work for a well-established healthcare publishing company. The Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master is a hybrid role blending Scrum Master + Agile Business Analyst functions.

Responsibilities of the Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master include:

·      Ability to establish and manage Kanban boards

·      Experience in designing centralized ticket submission workflows and dashboards

·      Proficiency in developing RACI matrices and resource plans

·      Capability to create and maintain training materials for CDP destination processes

Qualifications for the Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master include:

·      Over 3 years of experience facilitating Agile ceremonies

·      Advanced proficiency in Jira

·      Skilled in story pointing, resource allocation, and strategic planning

·      Adaptable and pragmatic approach to Agile

Compensation for the Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master includes:

·      $75.00 - $85.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefit: Medical, Dental, Vison, 401k, PTO, holidays, sick leave as required by law

·      Remote work, 3 month contract with the possibility to convert to permanent employment
