Piper Companies is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join a leading print-on-demand and self-publishing services provider in Raleigh, NC. This position focuses on guiding customers through the company website and tools to ensure a positive experience. This role is a contract opportunity that requires onsite training in Raleigh, NC for the first week, but can be remote for the remainder of the contract.
Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Associate:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
- Assist customers with navigating the website, locating orders, and billing.
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries.
- Troubleshoot issues related to print-on-demand services and digital publishing.
- Work with internal teams to improve customer experience.
- Some seasonal work to help with book retail during holiday season.
Requirements of the Customer Experience Associate:
- 1+ year of customer support experience (preferably SaaS)
- Familiarity with helpdesk tools (e.g. FreshDesk)
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
Compensation of the Customer Experience Associate:
- $41,000-$45,000 USD annually
