Technical Project Manager

Piper Companies is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program/Project Manager with a strong engineering background to join a leader in the healthcare services industry. The Technical Program/Project Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives across product development and commercial media programs.

Responsibilities of the Technical Program/Project Manager include:

·      Develop and manage execution plans, roadmaps, and workflows aligned with product strategy.

·      Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization using Agile and waterfall methods.

·      Apply AI tools to improve team productivity and process efficiency.

·      Define RACI matrices, manage dependencies, and ensure stakeholder accountability.

Qualifications for the Technical Program/Project Manager include:

·      3–5+ years as a Scrum Master or Technical PM in digital media, healthcare, or B2B tech.

·      Proven success managing complex projects using Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban.

·      Proficient in Jira, RICE scoring, sprint velocity tracking, and financial forecasting.

Compensation for the Technical Program/Project Manager includes:

·      Total compensation is $100,000 - $110,000 annually

·      Comprehensive benefit: Medical, Dental, Vison, 401k, PTO, holidays, sick leave as required by law

·      Remote Opportunity – must be able to work EST hours
