Piper Companies is seeking a strategic and hands-on Account Executive to lead sales efforts, manage the full sales cycle, and drive business development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, SaaS-driven environment and is passionate about scaling a business in its post-startup phase. The Account Executive will be remote but will need to sit in the Austin, TX general area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through closing
- Drive new business through outbound outreach and inbound lead conversion
- Act as the primary contact for client communications and issue resolution
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in account management
- Proven success in a SaaS or tech company, preferably in B2B software sales
- Strong track record in both account management and new business development
Compensation & Benefits:
- OTE: $140,000 - $180,000
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and legally required sick leave
