Piper Companies is seeking a seasoned Account Executive in Washington, DC with deep expertise in neurology and rare diseases. This role focuses on driving product adoption in academic medical centers and hospitals, with a strong emphasis on neuromuscular conditions.
Responsibilities for Senior Account Executive
- 8+ years of Neurology or Rare Disease field sales success
- 3+ years selling to Neurologists in academic centers
- Proven high performance in and hospital and pharmaceutical settings
- Experience securing hospital formulary access
- Solid understanding of neurology, rare diseases, and specialty care
Qualifications for the Senior Account Executive:
- Rare neurological drug sales in competitive markets
- CNS/neuroscience (e.g., epilepsy), oncology, rare disease
- Product launches and biologic therapies
- Specialty pharmacy and REMS program experience
Compensation for the Account Executive:
- Salary Range: $160,000-$190,000 plus OTE
