Software Engineer - Integrations

Piper Companies is seeking a Software Engineer - Integrations for a leading organization focused on data-driven HR and e-commerce solutions in Raleigh, NC. The Software Engineer - Integrations will have strong experience in ETL pipeline development, Azure cloud services, and data integration. The Software Engineer offers a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite) in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities for the Software Engineer - Integrations include:

·      Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines for HRIS and ATS integrations using Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and Azure Functions

·      Collaborate with Professional Services and Sales teams to customize pipelines for client-specific requirements

·      Partner with Data & Gen AI teams to develop reporting solutions for integration metrics

·      Design scalable processes and pipelines to support future growth

·      Research and recommend integration strategies and technologies aligned with long-term goals

·      Act as a subject matter expert for platform and e-commerce ETL and integration needs

·      Refine requirements, contribute to backlog development, and document integration workflows

Requirements for the Software Engineer - Integrations include:

·      2+ years of software development experience with a focus on data integration and ETL pipelines

·      Strong experience with Azure cloud services, particularly Synapse, Data Factory, and Azure Functions

·      Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Professional Services, Sales, and Analytics

·      Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

·      Ability to work onsite 3 days per week in a hybrid schedule in Raliegh, NC

·      Must be eligible to work in the United States

Compensation for the Software Engineer - Integrations:

·      $85,000–$115,000 annually (converted from $68–$73/hour)
