Sub-Investigator (Wilson, NC)

Piper Companies is currently searching for a Nurse Practitioner or PA (physician assistant) to join a leading clinical research site organization as Sub-Investigator for their clinical research site in Wilson, NC. The Sub-Investigator is responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of the clinical trials being performed on-site in the Wilson, NC area.

Responsibilities of the Sub-Investigator:

• Supervise all aspects of visit procedures, and ensure their accurate completion
• Manage and maintain medical documentation, patient records/charts, and CRFs
• Conduct screenings and evaluations of study subjects for eligibility alongside Principal Investigators
• Ensure all clinical activities are achieved and are in accordance with established protocol

Qualifications of Sub-Investigator:

• 2+ years experience in clinical research and trials
• Master’s Degree required
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in North Carolina
• Family medicine experience required; GI experience a plus
• Ability to multi-task, work under time constraints, work independently and cooperatively with interdisciplinary teams

Compensation for the Sub-Investigator:

• Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 based on professional experience
