Senior IAM Engineer

Piper Companies is seeking an IAM Engineer to join a large health system located in Philadelphia, PA for 100% permanent remote work. The IAM Engineer will be responsible for the ongoing operations, maintenance, and optimization of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools such as SailPoint and Saviynt, ensuring their reliability, performance, and alignment with organizational security policies.

Responsibilities of the IAM Engineer include:

• Screening resumes and conducting phone/virtual interviews Advanced proficiency in IAM technologies such as Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Active Directory (AD), key and certificate management, and access provisioning.
• Strong understanding of IAM frameworks and their application in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Experience in designing and implementing highly available, enterprise-grade technical solutions with 24/7 operational reliability.
• Hands-on experience with custom development and integration of identity management platforms.

Qualifications for the IAM Engineer include:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5-7+ years of IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience with cybersecurity; 2+ years of IAM cybersecurity experience.
• 1+ years management/leadership experience.

Compensation for the IAM Engineer include:

• Salary Range: $180,000 - $195,000
