Facilites Maintenance Foreman

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Foreman to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility located in Lynwood, California. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance operations in a GMP regulated environment.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Foreman include:

• Lead and manage a team of 10+ maintenance technicians, ensuring tasks are delegated effectively and completed on time.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for filling lines and facility systems (e.g., boilers, HVAC), troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Conduct daily morning meetings, communicate expectations clearly, and follow up on task progress and quality.
• Maintain CMMS records and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards (cGMP, FDA, OSHA).
• Be hands-on when needed, assist with breakdowns, enforce company procedures, and promote a culture of safety and accountability.

Qualifications for the Maintenance Foreman include:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a GMP regulated environment (pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device preferred).
• 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience managing maintenance teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
• Understanding of PLCs for troubleshooting (loop logic—not programming).
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and facility infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual is a plus.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems and documentation practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation for the Maintenance Foreman includes:

• Hourly Rate: $40.00 - $45.00 based on experience
