Senior Full Stack Engineer

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for a cutting-edge AI governance product being developed by a fast-growing technology startup. This role is fully remote. The Senior Full Stack Engineer will have a strong background in TypeScript, Python, and AWS serverless architecture, with experience in distributed systems being a major plus. The team is geographically distributed, so flexibility for meetings across time zones is essential.

Responsibilities for the Senior Full Stack Engineer include:

· Build AI governance and enforcement features such as access controls, audit trails, and policy enforcement

· Design and implement client-side and server-side architectures, including responsive web apps, SDKs, and APIs

· Advocate for best practices in full stack engineering including CI/CD, observability, testing, and performance

· Collaborate with leadership to shape the engineering roadmap and deliver scalable, secure AI governance solutions

· Support integration of cloud data into AI agent workflows and ensure transparency and control

Requirements for the Senior Full Stack Engineer include:

· 3+ years of software engineering experience

· Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python

· Hands-on experience with AWS serverless technologies (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB)

· Experience building distributed systems and cloud-native applications

· Ability to work remotely and flexibly across time zones

· Must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation for the Senior Full Stack Engineer:

· $125,000- 150,000 annually
