D2C Sales Supervisor

Piper Companies is looking for a D2C Sales Supervisor to join a life insurance organization. This is full-time position and onsite 3 days per week in Frederick, MD.

 Essential Duties of the D2C Sales Supervisor:

• Responsible for supporting the D2C Senior Manager in the day-to-day management of the D2C Sales Team.
• Provide the D2C call center sales staff and case managers with the guidance, support and working environment required.
• Responsible for monitoring and documenting all aspects of D2C Sales staff individual performance, including agent sales productivity and quality assurance scores. Provide feedback and coaching where required.
• Partner with the D2C Management in deliver of monthly, semi-annual and annual 1:1 performance reviews.

Qualifications of the D2C Sales Supervisor:

• 3+ years of experience managing/leading a sales team.
• Experience in D2C sales (direct to customer)
• Preferred to have prior experience in life insurance, but strong performers from any insurance could work.
• Strong communication skills.

 Compensation for the D2C Sales Supervisor:

• $75,000 - $95,000 (based on experience)
• 2 days remote per week
• 401k match up to 6%
• 15 PTO, 10 sick days, 9 paid holidays
