Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support an industry leader in technology. This position will be hybrid in Raleigh, NC. The Technical Support Engineer will provide support to all client infrastructure and various troubleshooting activities.
Responsibilities of the Technical Support Engineer include:
- Troubleshooting client issues with Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange Online, etc.
- Provide support over various cloud technologies such as O365, AWS, Azure, etc.
- Provide a white glove service to various clients and their respective IT issues.
Qualifications for the Technical Support Engineer include:
- 3+ years of experience in IT troubleshooting various issues within networks, infrastructure, servers, etc.
- Experience with AD permissions, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Exchange, etc.
- Experience troubleshooting network-related issues in a SaaS environment.
- Understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IAM solutions (Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM) .
Compensation for the Technical Support Engineer include:
- Salary Range: $80,000-85,000
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
