ServiceNow Migration and Integration Consultant

Piper Companies is seeking a ServiceNow Migration and Integration Consultant to join to join a top-tier provider of AI-powered decision intelligence solutions, headquartered in McLean, Virginia through 100% remote work. The ServiceNow Migration and Integration Consultant will spearhead the end-to-end transition of Jira Service Management workflows into the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration, optimized functionality, and alignment with enterprise service delivery objectives.

Responsibilities of the ServiceNow Migration and Integration Consultant include:

• Lead the transition of Jira Service Management (JSM) workflows into the ServiceNow platform
• Drive integration of cross-functional workstreams into ServiceNow, including:
  • Human Resources
  • Contracts Management
  • Finance
  • IT Operations
  • Technical Operations
• Enhance dashboarding and reporting functionalities to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Serve as both a technical subject matter expert and strategic advisor for ServiceNow optimization initiatives.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including the VP of IT Operations & Cybersecurity, to align platform capabilities with business needs.

Qualifications for the ServiceNow Migration and Integration Consultant  include:

•  5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with a focus on technical implementation.
• Proven success in migrating workflows and integrating multiple modules within ServiceNow.
• Strong ability to work independently while driving platform optimization and innovation.
• Proficiency in dashboarding and reporting tools native to ServiceNow.
• Demonstrated thought leadership in IT Service Management (ITSM) and enterprise service delivery.
• Experience with Jira Service Management (JSM) or similar migration projects.
• Familiarity with government contracting environments is a plus.

Compensation for the ServiceNow Migration and Integration Consultant include:

• Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
