Piper Companies is seeking a Program Manager – Member Loyalty to lead the launch and development of a strategic loyalty initiative for a major consumer banking organization. This high-impact role will drive cross-functional collaboration to build a program that deepens customer engagement, increases product adoption, and enhances long-term member value. This position will be hybrid in Mclean, VA! 


Responsibilities of the Program Manager – Member Loyalty include: 

• Lead program formation, governance setup, and stakeholder alignment across Legal, Marketing, Product, IT, HR, and Customer Support 

• Conduct risk, compliance, and financial assessments to inform loyalty program design 

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure readiness and reduce delivery risk 

• Support UX research, marketing strategy, and business case refinement 

• Track project progress, define requirements, and push workflow across workstreams 

• Document customer experience workflows and business processes tied to technical solutions 

• Manage enterprise-wide change management and communication efforts 


Required Qualifications for the Program Manager – Member Loyalty: 

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management within consumer banking, fintech, insurance, or other member-based industries 

• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with executive-level visibility 

• Experience designing or scaling loyalty programs, customer retention strategies, or rewards platforms 

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills 

• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with shifting priorities 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field 

Preferred Qualifications for the Program Manager – Member Loyalty: 

• Prior experience launching loyalty programs in regulated industries 

• Familiarity with UX research, marketing campaign planning, and financial modeling 

• Experience supporting enterprise change management and cross-departmental coordination 

• Knowledge of customer lifecycle management and engagement analytics 


Compensation for the Program Manager – Member Loyalty includes: 

• Hourly Rate: $150,000 - $170,000 

• Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Time Off, and Federal Holidays
