Senior Cloud Services Consultant

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Consultant, Cloud Services, to join an industry leading cybersecurity organization through 100% permanent remote work. The Senior Consultant, Cloud Services will serve as a technical client advisor on the implementation of cloud services.

Responsibilities of the Senior Cloud Services Consultant include:

• Lead large-scale cloud engagements (greenfield and brownfield).
• Serve as the primary technical and project liaison for engagement teams.
• Design and operate compliance monitoring activities aligned with internal policies and laws.
• Contribute to cloud program management and strategic planning.
• Develop and review technical and executive-level reports and presentations.
• Mentor staff and support their technical and consulting growth.
• Manage engagement risks and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications for the Senior Cloud Services Consultant include:

• 6+ years of experience in security systems engineering and cloud architecture.
• 5+ years supporting cloud architecture in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as FedRAMP, FISMA, CMMC, SOC, ISO, HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation for the Senior Cloud Services Consultant includes:

• Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000
• Comprehensive Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
