Piper Companies is seeking a CEND Support Analyst to join a health technology organization supporting regional health information exchanges, located in a remote work environment. Join a mission-driven health technology organization supporting regional health information exchanges, where you'll help shape the future of clinical data notifications through hands-on technical support, onboarding, and platform development.
Responsibilities of the CEND Support Analyst include:
- Support all technical aspects of the CEND and Population Explorer platforms to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage customer onboarding and coordinate service offerings with cross-functional teams.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation.
- Validate new API releases related to notifications and provider relationship data.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve support tickets within SLA timelines.
Qualifications for the CEND Support Analyst include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Data Science preferred (or equivalent experience and certifications).
- 2+ years of SQL experience required.
- Foundational knowledge of Python and PySpark within Azure Databricks preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies preferred.
- Familiarity with GitHub, HL7, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence) preferred.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and troubleshoot complex systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Compensation for the CEND Support Analyst includes:
- Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 annually (once permanent)
- Type: 6-month contract-to-hire
- Schedule: Full-time, Remote
