Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager for Consumer Banking Member Loyalty with one of the nation’s leading financial institutions, based in Tysons, VA. The Program Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives to build, launch, and support the Loyalty Program across Consumer Banking. This is a hybrid position located in Tysons, VA!


Responsibilities of the Project Manager for Consumer Banking Member Loyalty include:

  • Drive the formation and definition of a multi-million-dollar loyalty program, establishing governance and strategic direction.
  • Perform comprehensive risk, compliance, and financial assessments to ensure program integrity.
  • Align cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize readiness, minimize ramp-up time, and mitigate delivery risks.
  • Contribute to UX research, marketing strategy development, and business case refinement to enable successful execution.
  • Track project progress, define requirements, and manage workflows for Personal and Student Loan initiatives.
  • Communicate timelines, resource impacts, and operational considerations to all stakeholders.
  • Design member experience workflows and document business processes aligned with technical solutions.
  • Lead and support enterprise-wide change management throughout project delivery.

 

Qualifications for the Project Manager for Consumer Banking Member Loyalty  include:

  • Experienced leader with proven success in program management, ideally at the Program Manager level.
  • Direct experience in loyalty program development and execution within financial services, fintech, banking, credit unions, or other member-focused organizations (e.g., insurance).
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and governance, with the ability to align diverse teams toward strategic objectives.
  • Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and financial considerations in regulated environments.

 

Compensation for the Project Manager for Consumer Banking Member Loyalty include:

  • Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
