Piper Companies is seeking a Manager of Sales Operations to join a behind-the-scenes platform that helps experience-based businesses manage bookings and operations for an onsite contract role, based out of Austin, TX. The Manager of Sales Operations role offers an opportunity to be the operational backbone of the sales team—strategically managing leads, analyzing performance data, and streamlining processes to boost productivity and drive growth.
Responsibilities of the Manager of Sales Operations include:
- Drive smarter selling by managing and optimizing lead flow, ensuring the right opportunities reach the right reps at the right time.
- Turn data into strategy by building insightful reports that reveal performance trends and unlock growth potential across teams.
- Fuel sales readiness by partnering with business development to prepare for high-impact deals, events, and client transitions.
- Spot what works through deep analysis of team and individual performance, surfacing winning tactics and high-performing segments.
- Empower the team by supporting hiring, onboarding, and internal communication to keep operations smooth and scalable.
Qualifications for the Manager of Sales Operations include:
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and internal alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Passion for improving sales processes and outcomes, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
Compensation for the Manager of Sales Operations:
- Salary Range: $80,000-$85,000 USD/year
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, sick leave if required by law, and 401K
