Piper Companies is looking for a Channel Partner Manager to join a leading technology organization in a fully remote role to drive strategic channel programs, go-to-market initiatives, and partner incentive structures.
Responsibilities for the Channel Partner Manager:
- Design and execute channel GTM programs that boost partner engagement and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and partner teams to develop sales incentives and promotional campaigns.
- Create enablement assets and non-financial rewards (NFRs) to motivate partner performance.
- Analyze program performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Qualifications for the Channel Partner Manager:
- 1-3 years of experience in channel sales and GTM roles within a large tech organization.
- Proven success in creating and executing channel programs and sales incentives.
- Strong understanding of sales compensation models, channel incentives, and partner ecosystems.
- Experience working with GPO, FPRS, or similar channel program teams is highly desirable.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Compensation/Benefits for the Channel Partner Manager:
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave (as required by law), and Holidays.
