Principal Cybersecurity Product Manager

Piper Companies is seeking a Principal Cybersecurity Product Manager for a global healthcare solutions leader. This is a REMOTE role with some travel (about 10%) to Greater Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for one or more cybersecurity domains (e.g., IAM, Risk & Compliance, Cyber Defense, Security Architecture).
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align product goals with broader organizational objectives.
• Establish and track KPIs to evaluate success and guide data-driven decisions.
• Present performance insights, risks, and strategic updates to executive leadership.
• Promote agile practices, continuous improvement, and collaboration across teams.
• Mentor peers and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management or cybersecurity product leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Deep expertise in at least one cybersecurity area and familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or PCI.
• Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills; adept at simplifying complex topics for executives.
• Agile or SAFe certification preferred; PMP or change management certification a plus.
• Proven ability to lead through change, build cross-team alignment, and make informed strategic decisions.

Compensation:

• Annual Salary: $130,000 - $190,000 base salary plus bonus
