IT Systems Analyst

Piper Companies is hiring a IT Systems Analyst to support an investment platform located in Wayne, PA. The IT Systems Analyst will be tasked with designing improvements for the organizations computer systems to increase efficiency. In it's entirety, the role will sit with different parts of the business, learn their processes, then come up with a plan automate workflows.

Responsibilities of the Quality Manager Include:

·  Work closely with the business team and translate their needs into technical requirements

· Produce scoping documents, such as use cases, technical specs, report requirements, etc.

· Create documents that summarize the findings and support recommendations

· Be involved in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle

· Translate data results into written reports, tables, graphs, and charts to convey information to management

Qualifications for the Quality Manager Include:

·   5+ years of Business Analyst experience

· Hands on experience with SQL, Python, and Tableau

· Worked with AI tools in the past (e.g. CoPilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, ect.)

· Ability to learn different business branches and develop plan on how to automate workflows

·Proficiency with Excel and Word

Compensation for the Quality Manager Includes:

·   Target Base Salary: $100,000 – $135,000 *depending on experience*
