Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager to join a growing team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple programs, engaging with business units to gather requirements, and ensuring successful delivery in a dynamic environment. This role requires flexibility to occasionally work early hours to accommodate European meetings while collaborating primarily with engineers on Eastern Standard Time.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Engage with business units to gather and clarify requirements, translating them into actionable plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to ensure alignment and progress.
- Balance and prioritize multiple programs in a rapidly changing environment.
- Participate in early morning meetings (4 AM–6 AM EST) as needed to support European stakeholders; schedule will be consistent and communicated in advance.
Qualifications of the Project Manager:
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Flexibility to work occasional early hours for European meetings.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Compensation for the Project Manager includes:
- Salary range: $80,000 – $100,000 depending on experience
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO
- Hybrid work flexibility – 2 days a week onsite
