Product Manager (Oncology)

Piper Companies is seeking a Product Manager to support commercial marketing initiatives for a global pharmaceutical organization focused on Oncology and Hematology. This role requires onsite availability in East Windsor, NJ.

Responsibilities of the Product Manager:

•        Lead brand strategy and execution across key marketing initiatives.

•        Serve as the HCP marketing lead and coordinate deliverables with sales and account teams.

•        Manage and advance materials through the PRC (Promotional Review Committee) process.

•        Partner with Regulatory, Legal, and agency teams to ensure FDA-compliant content.

•        Support advisory boards, congress activities, and field team needs (up to 30% travel).

•        Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access, and Marketing leadership.

Qualifications of the Product Manager:

•        Proven experience as a Product Manager within the pharmaceutical industry.

•        Strong understanding of PRC processes and material review workflows.

•        Ability to lead brand initiatives and work cross-functionally.

•        BA/BS degree in business, life sciences, or related discipline.

•        3–5 years of pharma/biotech experience.

•        Ability to work onsite 4 days/week and travel as needed (approx. 30%).

Compensation for the Product Manager:

•        Salary Range: $130,000 – $140,000 annually

•        Type: Permanent, Full-Time

•        Schedule: Onsite 4 days/week
