IT Project Manager (SAP Focus)

Piper Companies is hiring an IT Project Manager (SAP Focus) for a manufacturing company located in Greensboro, NC. The IT Project Manager (SAP Focus) requires strong expertise in managing complex SAP transformation projects and coordinating across multiple business and IT towers. The IT Project Manager (SAP Focus) is a long term contract opportunity, can sit remote but requires travel to Greensboro, NC up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities for the IT Project Manager (SAP Focus):

• Manage detailed project plans for the U.S. division within a global SAP transformation program.
• Collaborate with global teams, stakeholders, and other project managers to ensure alignment.
• Track progress using MS Project and Jira; provide regular status updates to global leadership.
• Coordinate with IT, Supply Chain, and Finance towers to ensure seamless execution.
• Navigate time zone differences and maintain effective communication across regions.

Requirements for the IT Project Manager (SAP Focus):

• East Coast preferred for time zone alignment with UK teams.
• Hands-on experience with SAP transformation projects (global program strongly preferred).
• S/4 HANA experience ideal; SAP ECC acceptable.
• Proven track record in complex transformation initiatives.

Compensation for the IT Project Manager (SAP Focus):

• $120,000 - $140,000
