Marketing Operations Lead

Piper Companies is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to drive operational excellence in support of PLG and GTM strategies for a leading software organization. The Marketing Operations Manager role is ideal for a data-driven professional with expertise in marketing technology, growth funnels, and process optimization to enable scalable customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Operations Manager:

• Build and optimize marketing automation workflows to support PLG initiatives and self-service customer journeys.

• Partner with growth, product, and sales teams to operationalize GTM strategies across multiple channels.

• Implement lead scoring, lifecycle management, and attribution models to measure and accelerate pipeline growth.

• Manage and enhance the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration with CRM and analytics platforms.

• Analyze campaign and funnel performance to provide actionable insights for improving conversion and retention.

• Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations across all marketing systems.

Qualifications of the Marketing Operations Manager:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or growth marketing within a SaaS or technology company.

• Proven experience supporting PLG motions and GTM execution, including funnel optimization and lifecycle marketing.

• Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce).

• Advanced analytical skills with experience in reporting and data visualization tools.

• Excellent communication and project management skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.

Compensation for the Marketing Operations Manager includes:

• Salary range: $120,000 – $140,000 depending on experience
