Piper Companies is seeking a Senior SAP MII Developer to join a leader in the consumer goods manufacturing industry for a full-time, hybrid 12 month contract position based out of Greensboro, NC. The Senior SAP MII Developer will design, develop, and maintain SAP MII integrations to connect SAP systems with manufacturing applications, ensuring seamless data flow and supporting global SAP implementation initiatives.
Responsibilities of the Senior SAP MII Developer include:
- Design, develop, and maintain SAP MII solutions to integrate SAP ECC with manufacturing systems such as MES, EMS, and WMS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust integration solutions.
- Review and validate development work from other SAP MII resources to ensure quality and consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data flow, system connectivity, and performance optimization.
- Document technical specifications, integration flows, and support procedures for ongoing maintenance.
Qualifications for the Senior SAP MII Developer include:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP MII development experience (10+ years preferred).
- Proven track record integrating SAP ECC with manufacturing systems (MES, EMS, WMS).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor systems.
- Proficiency in XML, SQL, and web technologies commonly used in SAP MII development.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
Compensation for the Senior SAP MII Developer:
- Salary Range: $135,000-$145,000 (USD)
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical (Cigna), Dental (Guardian), Vision (VSP), sick leave if required by law, and 401K (Voya through ADP)
