Piper Companies is seeking an experienced Product Manager in Pharmaceutical Marketing (Oncology/Biosimilars) to lead brand strategy for a key oncology/biosimilar product. This role is based onsite in East Windsor, NJ and offers an exciting opportunity to drive commercial success, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance in a highly regulated environment.


Responsibilities of Product Manager:

  • Develop and execute brand strategy.
  • Act as HCP lead, coordinating contracts between account teams, sales reps, and healthcare professionals.
  • Navigate the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) process to ensure timely approval of marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with regulatory and agency partners to maintain FDA compliance.
  • Support payer strategy and field engagement initiatives.
  • Travel approximately 30% for congresses, advisory boards, and field visits (no international travel).


Qualifications Director of Product Manager:

  • 3–5 years of pharma/biotech experience, including proven experience as a Product Manager.
  • Deep understanding of the PRC process and regulatory compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related discipline.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.


Compensation for Product Manager:

  • Salary Range: $130,000 – $140,000/year
  • Work Environment: Onsite 4 days/week in East Windsor, NJ
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Holidays, 401K
