Marketing Project Manager

Piper Companies is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to oversee the execution of omnichannel marketing programs within the healthcare and pharmaceutical advertising industry. The Marketing Project Manager role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in campaign delivery, financial management, and cross-functional coordination. The Marketing Project Manager is a remote opportunity in Central or Eastern time zone and a 3 month contract with potential to extend or convert permanent.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Project Manager:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns across email, display, video, social, and endemic formats.
• Oversee campaign setup, QA, launch, pacing, optimization, and close-out.
• Monitor KPIs and mitigate delivery risks.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accurate targeting and content placement.
• Act as primary client contact for updates, reporting, and compliance.
• Handle Veeva submissions, contracts, billing, and documentation.

Requirements of the Marketing Project Manager:

• 3–5 years in omnichannel campaign delivery, digital media operations, and pharma advertising.
• Hands-on experience with email, display, and onsite executions.
• Proficiency with Veeva, Placements.IO, JIRA, and Salesforce.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with endemic platforms or publisher-owned media.
• Familiarity with CRM/CDP-enabled activation models.

Compensation for the Marketing Project Manager includes:

• $ $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
• Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental and Sick Leave if Required by law
