Warehouse Validation Engineer - Onsite

Piper Companies is seeking a Warehouse Validation Engineer to support automation and material handling projects in the pharmaceutical industry. The Warehouse Validation Engineer role is ideal for a professional experienced in validation, robotics, and automated systems. The Warehouse Validation Engineer is a long term contract opportunity and requires you to sit on site in Clayton, NC 5 days per week.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Validation Engineer:

• Prepare, execute, and analyze IV, OV, and PV protocols.
• Author validation plans, master plans, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
• Lead investigations and apply root cause analysis for validation failures.
• Participate in FAT/SAT commissioning and oversee validation activities.
• Manage change requests and maintain validated state of systems.

Requirements of the Warehouse Validation Engineer:

• BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of validation or quality experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
• 3–5 years with robotics, automation, and SAP preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, and FDA/ICH guidelines.
• Strong documentation, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Compensation for the Warehouse Validation Engineer:

• $100,000 - $135,000 depending on experience
• Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law.
