Remote Prisma Lead Engineer

Piper Companies is seeking a Prisma Lead Engineer to support a nationwide retail enterprise environment undergoing a major network and security modernization initiative. The Prisma Lead Engineer will be responsible for stabilizing and rebuilding the customer’s Prisma, SD‑WAN, and legacy WAN systems.

Responsibilities of the Prisma Lead Engineer include:

• Lead remediation and modernization of a large legacy security environment.
• Engineer and manage Prisma, SD‑WAN, CloudGenix, and PAN‑OS solutions.
• Analyze and optimize BGP, IPS, and legacy WAN frameworks.
• Provide hands‑on knowledge transfer to customer engineering teams.
• Support virtualization across enterprise-scale infrastructure.
• Serve as a senior subject matter expert to stabilize and elevate environment performance.

Qualifications for the Prisma Lead Engineer include:

• Expert experience with Prisma, SD‑WAN, CloudGenix, and PAN‑OS.
• Strong routing expertise including BGP and IPS.
• Legacy Juniper experience is required.
• Enterprise-scale network/security engineering experience.
• Virtualization experience (VMware, KVM, Hyper‑V).

Compensation for the Prisma Lead Engineer includes:

• Salary: 135,000 - $150,000
