QA Clinical Supplies

Piper Companies is seeking to fill a Quality Assurance (QA) Clinical Supplies position at a pharmaceutical company located in West Point, PA through a hybrid, contractual opportunity. The QA Clinical Supplies role will focus primarily on providing independent quality oversight to ensure compliant, patient-focused clinical supply operations.

Responsibilities of the QA Clinical Supplies position include:

• Ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance by providing independent quality oversight for clinical data and supplies in alignment with global cGMP standards
• Support the global clinical supply chain through review and disposition of finished clinical goods, including batch documentation and regulatory submission compliance
• Oversee quality aspects of clinical packaging, labeling, distribution, and complex supply models across clinical trials, partnerships, and special access programs
• Lead and contribute to process improvements, procedural development, and efficiency initiatives to enhance quality, reduce cost, and shorten cycle times
• Collaborate cross-functionally to investigate quality events, strengthen operational performance, and apply Lean Six Sigma and production system tools in daily work

Qualification for the QA Clinical Supplies position include:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field
• 2+ years’ experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment across technical, quality, engineering, or operations functions, including batch disposition exposure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
•  Detail-oriented, adaptable professional with a solid understanding of production and quality control processes and a proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Access) and enterprise systems such as ERP/MES, SAP, and TrackWise, with strong organizational and time-management skills

Compensation for the QA Clinical Supplies position includes:

• Pay Rate: $33-$43/hour
• Available Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
• Hybrid Opportunity; 3 days onsite, 2 days remote per week
