Sr. Manager, Corporate FP&A Systems

Piper Companies is hiring a Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A Systems to support a medical device organization’s OneStream platform, which launched in March 2025. This is a fully onsite role (Monday–Friday) based in Tempe, AZ or San Jose, CA, depending on candidate location.

Responsibilities for the senior manager:

• Lead, maintain, and optimize the OneStream implementation.
• Oversee financial reporting, forecasting accuracy, and data integrity.
• Partner with Finance and IT to enhance system usability and performance.
• Provide end‑user training and manage upgrades, enhancements, and automation.

Requirements for the senior manager:

• 8+ years of FP&A experience in a public company with $500M+ in revenue.
• 4+ years of OneStream administration experience.
• Strong background with tools like SAP, Hyperion, or Oracle.
• Experience with automation, metadata, business rules, and Workday PLP for headcount planning.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must work onsite five days per week.
• Tempe, AZ: Preferred location; relocation required.
• San Jose, CA: Only considering candidates already local; no relocation offered.

Compensation for the senior manager:

• Tempe, AZ: $130K–$180K + 15% annual bonus
• San Jose, CA: $188K–$206K + 15% annual bonus
