Piper Companies is seeking an Interface Support Analyst to support a healthcare data and HIE organization focused on secure clinical data exchange. This role provides first-level support for production interfaces, ensuring system stability, data quality, and timely issue resolution. This is a remote opportunity.
Responsibilities for the Interface Support Analyst:
• Monitor and maintain production data feeds and interface systems
• Provide first-level support for interface alerts, issues, and inquiries
• Troubleshoot HL7 and FHIR interface issues and coordinate resolutions
• Document issues, contribute to knowledge bases, and improve support processes
• Communicate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and QA
• Participate in on-call support rotations
Qualifications for the Interface Support Analyst:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of healthcare IT or interface support experience
• Knowledge of HL7 v2, CCDA, and FHIR standards
• Experience with Mirth Connect, XML, and JavaScript preferred
Compensation for the Interface Support Analyst:
• Pay Rate: $30 – $40/hr.
• Contract-to-Hire
